Kate’s experience comes from over 15 years in development and construction varying between large, master planned communities to smaller hospitality infills. Working primarily with the Department of Defense in their privatization initiatives involving 50-year contracts, Kate has a wide varity of exprience ranging from participating in one of the world’s largest solar communities, to national PR campaings to smaller, highly coordinated, community centric infill projects. With a keen eye to see a project from many different perspectives, Kate has the talent to develop well -balanced projects that encompass long-term success for all parties involved.
