Rezoning & PUD Development Plan Skinner Family
TPUDC has worked closely with the Skinner family on the planning of the final track of family land in the Jacksonville, Florida area covering more than 1,000 acres. This highly visible, legacy project includes a mixed-use, walkable community of 4,600 residential units, coupled with 3.5 million square feet of the nonresidential area being developed by the visionary group as well as 180 acres of recreation and passive open spaces.
In addition to influencing the masterplan, TPUDC created a one of a kind Rezoning and PUD Development Plan Application including an Explanatory and Regulatory document that was unanimously approved, repeatedly and is now regarded as the new standard for the City of Jacksonville.
